Digital PDF purchases are final once access has been provided or the PDF has been downloaded.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after access or download, including accidental purchase or deciding the guide is not the right fit after purchase.
If a PDF is corrupt, inaccessible, incomplete or the wrong file is delivered, contact hello@firstyears.com.au so we can replace or correct the file.
This policy does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Support requests should include the purchase email and order reference.
